First Monday of 2015: Hit the gym!!

If you wanna aim for something, you got to work for it. Go for it. Even if it's pain, tiring and you don't feel like it.

It's the first Monday of 2015....it's Monday blues! How do you kick the blues away? I'm not sure bout you but I go for the gym!! I have to keep up with my New Year Resolution #1: Workout.

I didn't managed to maintain my 10 minutes run though...instead, I go for 1.5km at 7 minutes. 

Here's where I do my run

I felt it's more difficult to maintain the 100 times of sit ups this time....maybe I overdo it the other day...only managed to do 25times for 2 sets. 

I maintained the workout for my biceps, triceps, chest, and shoulder though. I increase the repetitions to 12 times though but I reduced it to 2 sets as I was quite exhausted. 


Definitely still a lot of effort required but I'm going for it. Got to keep the consistency....

  2. Nice start to the new year. I like to set really small goals. I feel good when I accomplish it and it makes setting the next one easier.

  3. My hubby goes to the gym 3 times a week, while I go shopping 5 times a week! Hahaha!
