It's the first Monday of 2015....it's Monday blues! How do you kick the blues away? I'm not sure bout you but I go for the gym!! I have to keep up with my New Year Resolution #1: Workout.
I didn't managed to maintain my 10 minutes run though...instead, I go for 1.5km at 7 minutes.

I felt it's more difficult to maintain the 100 times of sit ups this time....maybe I overdo it the other day...only managed to do 25times for 2 sets.
I maintained the workout for my biceps, triceps, chest, and shoulder though. I increase the repetitions to 12 times though but I reduced it to 2 sets as I was quite exhausted.
Definitely still a lot of effort required but I'm going for it. Got to keep the consistency....

Nice start to the new year. I like to set really small goals. I feel good when I accomplish it and it makes setting the next one easier.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby goes to the gym 3 times a week, while I go shopping 5 times a week! Hahaha!
