Learn from Sir Alex Ferguson

As a Manchester United fan, we are always being rewarded with victory and championship titles under Sir Alex Ferguson. Well, from what we see, it's obvious that his leadership had made a difference for United. Just look at what happen to Manchester United after his retirement. 

 Anyway, as I was walking around Kinokuniya in KLCC, I came across this and it really inspire me to look at leadership from a different perspective.

    indeed a very inspiring quote.. and probably this belief that he has been holding on is the reason why ManU has won numerous championship titles under his lead..
