Project Fitness: Keep moving forward

One of the worst thing that could happen to you when you've improved on your weight training and stamina is falling sick...and yah, I was hit by the virus known to many of us as "dengue".

It's crazy but fatigue is what it gets you and it feels difficult to restart.

But anyway I was watching the movie "Creed (2015)". It's a continuation of the famous Rocky Balboa's movie and I was motivated by something that I felt very motivational. (sounds right?) Anyway, here is what I felt is important: "One step a time, one punch at a time, one round at a time."

One step a time, one punch at a time, one round at a time

It may seem like a far distance but fitness is about moving forward, going for another round when your body feels like quitting.

Anyway now that I've recovered, I'm back into the gym...running will always be something that I kickstart with.

Started with a 2km last week.

Started with 2km

Today was even better because I was up very early for some run and some workout and eat some eggs and fruits in the morning before work kicks in.

Managed a decent 3.07km in about 17 minutes.

3.07km now

And I think this is what it is: It's a Lifestyle: Train like there's no FINISH LINE.

Anyway time to kickstart my day. How did you start yours? Have a great day!
