Keeping Up with the Joneses definitely one of the fun date movie to go to |
The movie introduced us to Jeff Gaffney (Zach Galifianakis), who is a lovably dull suburban husband, together with his wife, Karen (Isla Fisher). It started with their kids off at summer camp (what a way to save on the kids scenes), and the announcement of a mysterious new couple that moves into the neighbourhood, making an all-cash offer to buy the house across the street.
Tim and Natalie Jones (Jon Hamm and Gal Gadot) are gorgeous, exceptionally perfect to everyone in the neighbourhood and very much in love publicly. Jeff develops a "man-crush" on Tim (as used by Karen in the movie) after spending some time together with Tim, finding him to be a great friend to have. However, the overwhelmingly perfect life of both Tim and Natalie made Karen curious and suspicious.
Karen is right to be suspicious; Tim and Natalie turn out to be undercover operatives. With Jeff’s low-profile HR job at a high-profile aeronautics corporation, he is the perfect target for Tim’s bromantic seduction.
There were some funny scene at a snake restaurants and some sexy moments when Natalie was only in her lingerie, speaking in a seductive manner to Karen. (like I said, it's not all clean though there's about it).

"Wonder" woman |
There were some twist to the story (although pretty much predictable) and there is even a kissing scene between Natalie and Karen (both gorgeous ladies kissing).

You don't see Gal Gadot kissing another lady that often |
Actions scenes are not missed as well with motorcycle chases, blazing firearms, shattered plate-glass windows: “Keeping Up With the Joneses” checks off every squares-meet-the-suaves domestic-spy-comedy box.

The amount of stars in "Keeping Up with the Joneses" should be enough to tempt you to watch |
I'm gonna leave the movie for you to watch but while it is not going to be the best movie or comedy of all time, it'll sure be good enough to take you away from your everyday routine.
(expect some focus on friendship and marriage theme inside the comedy)
