On Friday night, we went for a food exploration. Initially, we wanted to look for a famous prawn mee in Jalan Ipoh but it didn't open that night. So, we looked for other food and decided to try the Bak Kut Teh at around Jalan Ipoh, next to Dynasty Hotel...Ban Lee Restaurant.

The Bak Kut Teh is delicious! |
Well, the taste of it is pretty good, at least it's something that both Yen Leng and I love. It's slightly too much for two persons though. From a diet perspective, I think 3 people ordering the 2 people Bak Kut Teh will be much better. Maybe next time we'll order for 1 person instead.
It's not cheap either. And if you are driving there, you might have some difficulty looking for parking though.

RM48.80 for 2 person |
The shop is located in Kuchai Lama and opened until 5.30pm only.
Since prawn mee is something that I don't eat, I ordered the Minced Pork and Pork Ball noodle instead and it's pretty good as well. The noodles are very nice to chew and loved the taste of it.
The environment of the shop is not bad....something like OldTown KopiTiam style.

The menu has a lot of different type of prawn noodle |
The shop is also quite generous, 4 big prawn for Yen Leng's Prawn mee. She ordered the Specialty of the shop. I wonder how big will the prawn be if she ordered the big prawn mee instead?
The prawn noodle also come with the Prawn Mee sauce. It's quite nice as it's not too spicy but yet taste great.
