Consistency is the Key. Not motivation

Consistency is the Key. Not Motivation. Just Do It.

That's what I've got to learn. At the end of the day, it is not motivation that makes any man successful. It's Consistency....it's the Positive Habits that are developed. So, don't stop at thinking....you got to do it. I'll take a leaf out of Nike's slogan..."Just Do It"

Anyway, I continued my work out yesterday. Focusing on weights and stretching though. 

Before I start, I done some warm up, stretching my body and legs so that I feel more flexible and better ready for the weight training.

Biceps - 15lbs with 12, 12 and 15 reps. Make it harder with 25lbs and do it for 6 reps.

In between, I did some squat and stretching.

Triceps - 15lbs with 12, 12 and 15 reps. Make it harder with 25lbs and do it for 10 reps.

In between, I do some rope skipping and stretching.

Shoulder - 15lbs with 15, 15 and 15 reps. Only managed the 25lbs for 3 reps. 

In between, I did my sit ups. 4 times with 12 reps each.

Then it's chest. 15lbs with 12, 12 and 12 reps. In between, I did the sit ups and stretching

Overall, I've done 60 sit ups, do some burpee...10 reps each time, done 3 sets.
